What it is now Corso Italia, before Corso Vittorio Emanuele. it is one of a major street in the city, by the Monument Square to IV Novembre Square.
In Corso Vittorio Emanuele went there by tram, then by the suspension of the latter rails were removed. The course looked like today, although many things have changed: starting from the shops of traders, the closure and demolition of De Angeli Frua and the same road modified on the viability and movement of vehicles.
Subsequently, the street name was changed from Corso Vittorio Emanuele to Corso Italy. What has changed most of all are the stores that are encountered along the way. Before the way was fueled by merchants and artisans, today is made up of many kinds of shopping until you reach the cantons mall.
